Palate: Dry, present acidity, fresh and light fruity, but refreshing dense, good body and appetizing finish
Service Temperature: 10ºC-12ºC
Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled salmon, sushi, chicken salad, pasta or on its own.
Vinfication
Vinification: Gently pressed grapes. Short cold soak maceration. Juice is then fermented at low temperature controlled vats.
Ageing: Ageing 4 months in French oak barrels.
