Food Pairing: Seafood, grilled salmon, sushi, caesar salad, pasta or just by itself

Vinification

Vinification: Gently pressed grapes. Short cold soak maceration. Juice is then fermented at low temperature controlled vats.

Ageing: "Sur Lies" internship for 1 month.
